Do I have to bring my vehicle to you?
No. Valet Pit Stop is built as a mobile service from the ground up. We come to your home, your workplace, or wherever your vehicle is parked during the service window.
What vehicle services do you currently offer?
Mobile oil changes, complimentary vehicle diagnostics, battery testing and replacement, and exterior detailing. Additional maintenance services are planned as we grow.
Do you service electric vehicles?
Not at this time. Our current service model covers non electric vehicles only.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Maumelle, Chenal, The Heights and Hillcrest as additional service vehicles come online. If you are outside that area, contact us and we will let you know where availability stands.
Can I schedule recurring maintenance?
Yes. Let us know your preferred interval when you book and we will help you keep future oil changes on schedule.
Can I get an exterior detail without an oil change?
Yes. Exterior detailing can be booked as a standalone service.
Do you offer fleet maintenance?
Not currently. Fleet service is on our roadmap but is not part of our launch offering.
